My experience with the company IS nothing but praise really, I had my aged mother living with me for two years, while she was here Sylvian care helped immensely with care for my mum. I’d like to acknowledge the high level of service provided by Sylvian Care including the Manager. The hard work, care and attention to detail shown by the carers is exceptional, and I have already seen the positive impact this has had on my Mum. She is very relaxed, happy and is communicating more. My Mum is quite a sensitive person and responds positively when she is shown kindness and attention; which is what she has experienced since the start of her package with Sylvian care. The carers have also highlighted issues that have not been picked up previously, which is very reassuring. I also really love the Birdie app, which details each visit. I can see what she’s eaten and her mood and meditation taken etc., which is really important for me to have access to this information. I’m also informed promptly if there are any issues.
